WAV format "G.711 u-law/a-law, WAV, 8bit, Mono“ This format is universal format for OGM, MOH and UM prompt. 2) Can’t be installed bigger than 80Mbyte size WAV file. 3) MOH is played repeatedly while NS is running. So MOH is not played from beginning. 4) No compatibility with OGM file that take out from TDE/NCP MOH. 5) “Internal_MOH.WAV” is originally composed for NS1000. 6) WAV file can be installed with “Immediate” or “Scheduled” mode. Internal_MOH.WAV <=曲名?

26 MOH Detail - 2 7) File names must not exceed 57 characters in length (including the file extension ".wav"). If non-alphabetic characters are used, the file name must not exceed 14 characters in length. Some language codes for file names are not supported, and file names may not display correctly after they are installed on the PBX. To ensure proper display, use only the ASCII character set for file names. To get this error if file name length over limitation. If you can install the wav file to Master and then try to install for Slave and get this error also file name length over limitation.
