Analyze strategies developed in workshops Organize professional trainings, attachments, and mentorships for Research Administrators. 2010 workshops and South-South mentorship e.g. MUJHU- KEMRI Moi University- Mbarara

Recognize exemplary performance per association guidelines and benchmarks. Ongoing more in the future Facilitate the provision of grant application courses and production of grant applications by members. Ongoing Provide regular meetings and trainings on the current trends and opportunities in global health research administration in order to develop competencies and share best practices. Ongoing mostly at individual institutions level
