3 Introduction to Driver Manager
Savers is pleased to announce our Driver Manager system! The Driver Manager application provides the following features: List of scheduled pickups, numbered and as routed by Donation Manager Map display of scheduled pickups, with numbered push-pins of each scheduled pickup Capability for driver to select next donation pickup from list or by push-pin Turn by turn driving directions to selected destination, with audio instructions Donation Location, CSR entry notes, and other special instructions available for driver Driver data entry field for each donation location including: Status: Picked up or Out Yield: Number of bags (Up to 25) Comments Google Earth view with zooming capability

4 Driver Manager Logging On
To log on: Enter User Name and Password Select Date Select ‘Login’ Please Note: During the log on process the route data is transferred to the phone, the screen is mostly blank for a minute or so. This should be done at the dispatch location so that the data can be transferred over the local WiFi instead of using phone time.

5 Driver Manager Map View
When you first log on into Driver Manager, you are taken to the Driver Manager “Home Screen”. This is where you view all stops scheduled on your route for the day.

6 Driver Manager Map View
Current Stop Click on one of the push pins on the map: Brings up a detailed information box with the address. Click in the information box to select this stop as the next stop, which will be highlighted in the yellow band at the top. Yellow = Your Current Stop Red = Incomplete Stops Blue = Completed Stops

7 Driver Manager Satellite View
The “Sat” button brings up a satellite image version of the map. This view is helpful to get a wider perspective and view of the streets.

8 Driver Manager TBT Turn by Turn Directions: “TBT” button brings up “Turn by Turn” directions to the pickup from your current location.

9 Driver Manager ‘List View’ Stops
At the bottom of screen, the following choices will display: Status: Clicking on “Status” will display the “Entry Status Display Screen” where you can record the stop information. Donor: Clicking on “Donor” will display the donor record information. Map: Clicking on “Map” will display the detailed map view. TBT: Clicking on “TBT” will display turn by turn direction to current stop.

10 Driver Manager Status Clicking the “Status” button will display the Status Entry Screen. This allows you to record the stop. Note: You can also access this screen by turning the device to a horizontal position.

To Record a Successful Pickup: Click on Status and select ‘Picked up’ Click on Yield and select number of bags picked up Comments: Optional – Enter notes Click on Save This stop should turn Red in List view To Record a “No Pickup”: Click on Status and select ‘Out’ Click on reason code and select code

12 Driver Manager Donation Entry
Dispatchers can monitor donation pickup status in near-real time (About 2 minutes delay between driver entry and Donation Manager updates). An overview of where drivers are, can be done in Donation Manager by clicking on: Routes>Donation Entry. Enter todays date and you’ll get a results screen that looks like this:

13 Driver Manager Donation Entry
As the drivers work through the stops for the day – you can view how many have been completed. By clicking on the Edit icon – the details for each driver can be pulled up and reviewed:

14 Problems & Trouble Shooting
General Recommendations When Using Driver Manager: ‘Wi-Fi’ should be turned OFF for optimal performance. ‘Airplane Mode’ should be turned OFF. In Settings, ‘Mobile Data’ should be turned ON. Full Trouble Shooting Guide:
