7 Yielding Drivers must yield to police cars, fire engines,
and ambulances when sirens and lights are on. State law required all motorists to yield to pedestrians in a crosswalk. All vehicles turning must yield to oncoming traffic. 13 Stopping Regulations All vehicles must stop at a railroad crossing if lights are flashing and gates are lowered Some vehicles must stop at railroad crossing and drivers must be prepared to stop if they are behind these vehicles even if traffic signals do not indicate a train is coming
