13. TERMS & CONDITIONS Service Condition:
All inclusive maintenance contract (without repairing) covers all spares which includes system formatting, operating system & any software installation, any device installation, problem prescribing etc. Excepting any parts warranty or guaranty.
The contract will automatically be terminated on the expiry of the contract period, irrespective of the fact that during the period of the contract the conditioners may not have been in use for any time, for any reason, Whatsoever.
Any call will be attended free of charge within 24 hours, spares required will be chargeable for labour contracts at company listed rates.
Travelling expenses (T.A) will be paid by customer at per service. (after 2km Rs.50)
Any change in location of the units is to be intimated in advance.
100% payment will have to be made in advance before signing the contract.
Any defects arising from natural calamities or external factors will not be covered under the contract.

14. TERMS & CONDITIONS
100% Security deposit money payment will have to be made in advance before signing the contract.
Per month installment are paid in advance within 15th days in a month.
After signing the contract all setup is ready within 15days.
The contract will automatically be terminated on the expiry of the contract period, then Nobility Computer Solution collect all products and return to customer refundable money without any new condition. Irrespective of the fact that during the period of the contract the conditioners may not have been in use for any time, for any reason, Whatsoever.
During the contract period Any call will be attended free of charge within 48 hours, spares required will be chargeable for labour contracts at company listed rates.
Any defects, physical damaged, burnt, electrical over load, seal broken, altered, modified or repaired by a party not authorized by Nobility Computer Solution, we will be charged (*penalty charge) to customer or security deposit money.
Any change in location, inform to Nobility Computer Solution before 7days ago. And Nobility Computer Solution charge to customer “location changing charges”*. (* L.C= 500/pc or 1000/pc)

15. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Any defects, missing or damage caused by the use of or interaction with third party accessories, optional products or consumables in conjunction with the product, Nobility Computer Solution charged (*penalty charge) to customer or security deposit money.
During the contract period customer can be stop this contract for any problem, then Nobility Computer Solution will be charge (*penalty charge) on deposit money.
In case any printer cartige or toner or refilling problem, Nobility Computer Solution charged to customer changing and refilling.
All installment are made in to cheque within 10th day of a month. In case of cheque bouncing Rs.250/- & will be charged till the date of realisation of the payment.
Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged.
No warranty or garanty will be offered on chip level maintenance.
Any purchase from Nobility Computer Solution, Warranty/garanty of all items are covered by the Principal or by their authorized service centers, we do not have any legal or financial liability for the same.
