23 COMPLETING AN ORDER Step 1: Have the customer sign the proposal and designate the method of payment Step 2: Complete and sign the merchant agreement Step 3: Complete additional merchant paperwork ▪ Site survey ▪ Merchant worksheet Step 4: Collect payment ▪ Check ▪ Credit Card ▪ Leasing – MBF Leasing Our straightforward paperwork and submission criteria makes completing orders as simple as possible.

24 ORDER SUBMISSION TIMELINE
Step 1: Submit the order to underwriting Step 2: Underwriting approval Step 3: The delivery process begins ▪ Target timeframe = 5 days, Beginning = 2 to 3 weeks Step 4: Support begins database build ▪ Initial draft of build completed off of the worksheet turned in with your order ▪ Call scheduled with Merchant ▪ Merchant logs online and reviews the database with support Step 5: Installation is scheduled with the Harbortouch National Service Center (HNSC) Step 6: HNSC makes a call to the merchant to verify all data for the install ▪ Installation date and time is set with the merchant ▪ Information about the site and what needs to be completed is verified Step 7: Installation completed ▪ Customer signs the completed installation form and HNSC returns it to UBC ▪ HNSC will document any changes Orders are completed in a timely fashion.

25 SALES REP FUNDING Sales rep funding is fast, accurate and efficient.
Check or Credit Card ▪ At time of order full purchase price will be sent to Harbortouch. ▪ Once the funds are received and cleared, we will transfer the applicable funds to the sales person on a weekly basis Leasing ▪ When the installation is complete, the merchant must complete the lease verification call with MBF. ▪ The lease company will fund the lease to Harbortouch, Harbortouch will transfer applicable funds to sales person weekly. Sales rep funding is fast, accurate and efficient.
