On average 82% of our apprentices progress into a positive destination There are many instances where an apprentice has joined as a level 2 and on completion progresses to a level 3 apprenticeship. Of the 91 apprentices currently employed 46 are level 2 and 45 are level 3. New opportunities are identified all the time and the benefits to both the apprentice and the Council are evident.
