ICON Signals is an advanced Event Alert Notification Software Platform designed and developed by ICON
Designed to operate in Cloud Hosted or Customer Premises Applications
Can operate as a Cloud or Premises stand alone system
Can be integrated to Hosted or Premises PBX Platforms
Signals monitors a wide variety of Triggering Events that include
Environmental detection devices - Wired and wireless, Motion, Temperature, Electrical Current, Water Leak detection, Switches and Other devices.
Telephone System Events – E-911 calls, specific internal or external numbers dialed, specific telephones being used, Others
Third Party Systems Events – School Lock-Down Switches, Alarm panel signals, Others

Upon a Triggering Event (signal), the Signals software executes highly flexible, Programmable Notification Actions
Actions reference a Rules Engine containing tables that define how the notification is accomplished
Actions are defined in the software to notify People or Alert Devices of the triggering event
Various Notification methods are supported in a triggering event

Rainbow message
Generate calls to Cloud Hosted or Premises PBX Systems
