3 Overview Pilot Walktour Pack, a solution that is based on the combination of iPad and smart phones, is a portable wireless network benchmarking tool for indoor and outdoor data collection activities. It measures network performance and services quality from a user’s perspective. Data interaction is achieved through connecting the iPad and smart phones via Wi-Fi. The iPad is used as the control device, to manage one or more handsets during test measurement. The handsets perform data or voice tests according to the test plan distributed from the iPad and then uploads the test data back to the iPad for display.
