Reboot your Fitness Tracker and the device  Often, synchronization issue can be solved by simply rebooting the devices.  In order to switch off your Band, just press the power button till “Turn Power Off?” message displays, and click on ‘Yes’ option. To turn on, press and hold the power button until a small vibration comes.

Check for updates  Do a regular check on the latest version of the phone software and health app. Sometimes, the band refuses to connect with outdated phone OS.  Follow the instructions to update the phone:  Android OS: Open Settings - About - System updates then click on Check now  iPhone: Open Settings - General - Software update then click on Download and install  Windows OS: Open Settings - Phone update then click on Check for update

4  To update the fitness tracker app, go to the store, find out the app and click on update.  3. Verify the status of Bluetooth connection  Most of the time, Bluetooth can be a problem behind the synchronization failure. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled in your fitness tracker as well as in phone.

6  Still you cannot detect your band, then follow the below-given steps;  Switch On the fitness tracker band and refresh the Bluetooth in the Bluetooth settings. Turn it OFF and then ON. Go to Settings > Bluetooth> OFF/ON  Still you cannot connect the devices, then remove the tracker from your phone’s or PC’s Bluetooth list;

7 ◦ Android OS: Settings> Bluetooth> ON, select band name, and press Unpair option ◦ iPhone: After making Bluetooth ON, select Forget this device option ◦ Windows OS: Repeat the initial procedure, and Press and hold on your Band’s name and select Delete option

Make both devices Bluetooth in ON condition, and then start pairing both the devices.  In the fitness tracker, select the device name to connect and press Pairing option in order to start pairing.  In the phone, repeat the same procedure in order to pair both the devices.  Enter the same PINs in order to connect the devices and then tap OK.

Check Airplane Mode status  If the airplane mode is set to ‘ON’ position, then all the signals and wireless connection will get disabled automatically including Bluetooth.  So make sure that the airplane mode is kept in OFF mode.  You can see a flight symbol at the top of your display if the airplane mode is ON.

Verify mobile data connection and Wi-Fi  Some apps use data connection or Wi-Fi to sync data with cloud storage.Wi-Fi to sync data  It is not possible to sync data to the cloud without the internet.  So ensure that the required connection is turned on before trying to access the cloud. Refer the user’s manual to troubleshoot the issue manually.

Go for factory reset if the problem persists  If the problem persists even after following the above-given methods, go for factory reset in your fitness tracker to go back to the default settings.
