2 Opening Statement Let us show you how you can use SoftWebplus as a web based extension of SoftLab. Flexible and rich in functionalities. SWP can fill voids that you have with regards to Order Entry, Collections, Compliance, Label Printing, Requisitions, Shipping and Tracking, and Results view in an outreach environment.

3 SWP Can be used anywhere in your organization where SoftLab would normally be used or where there is a need to compensate for voids(Holes??) in workflow between Order Entry and specimen collections, to transport and processing. Whether orders are placed in Softlab, SoftWebplus or you’re HIS, SWP can help.

10 Patient Registration-Outreach
Patient’s can be registered in SoftWebplus using Multisite and Clinic setup for MRN and depot assignment. Outreach clinics can be defined to generate specific MRN prefix for ease of following Outreach workload.

12 Patient Registration Yellow fields are required. Other fields that can be made required are Address and Phone Number, as well as Patient’s relationship under the Policy Holder/Insured section.

13 Order Entry Can create Regular, Standing, Recurring, or future orders
Compliance Checking ABN printing in English and Spanish Printing of Specimen Labels Collections can be done at Order Entry Printing of Patient Order Requisitions Ability to place orders on existing stays (Ideal for Nursing Home patients) Requisitions can be batch printed to a network printer at defined intervals.

15 Order Entry-Customizable Templates
Define the most common tests ordered by your clientele as well as provide a test lookup for those esoteric tests that are infrequently ordered. Note: Location/Clinic also has a test exclusion list, so that clientele may be prevented from ordering certain tests.

You can define Diagnosis templates based on the specialty of the practice, or specific Doctor’s request, as well as look up any diagnosis code.

Specimen Status Reports-Provides the ability to manage specimens at each collection site. Also provides snapshot of employee workload. Manifest Status Reports-Client can track receipt of Manifests to the processing Laboratory. SoftWebplus automatically records ordered and collected Tracking information and transmits to SoftLab.

51 Mobile Application The entire application is available via Mobile Tablet devices. Android, i-pad, Smart Phones and Tablet devices Native Browsers for Devices Safari – ios (Apple) devices Google Chrome and Firefox-Android OS Internet Explorer Mobile-Windows Phone,devices Doctor’s can use their Tablet Device bedside of the patient to view patient results and place orders within the Hospital Network. NOTE: Smart Phones are limited to results view due to small size of the device.

Introducing for SNUG 2014 Patient Portal For patient access to view their Results. Patient will be provided with a special URL. At login they will enter their MRN # and use their phone number with no dashes as the password. The system will then send a password the patient’s address and they will use that to login. This function is turned on by Parameter.
