Make sure all your work is complete: Finish final draft of 5 paragraph essay “How are hurricanes and Tornadoes alike and different?” Temporary Employment story and questions should be turned in. Reading log for the month should be done. 1. Have a pencil ready for the day. Anyone with incomplete work (including ThinkCERCA evidence lesson) and/or below a 70% in any class will not participate in the movie this afternoon. *When you are finished, read a book. Remember today is Remediation Block!

Thursday Bell Ringer (EVEN)
Read and record the title, genre, and page numbers read today. You will need to write a short summary (at least 3 sentences) about what you read this week. *Remember your reading log from last month should be up to date and in your writing folder. All incomplete/revised work (see list) needs to be turned in to me. Tomorrow is the last day! Have a pencil ready for the day. Take out a book for the bell ringer.

Reading DIA You will have the entire block to work on your reading test. This is a grade! You will not be able to revise or retake this test. Take your time, read the questions carefully, and go back in the text. You will need to complete the bubble sheet while you are testing or you will need to fill it in after finishing the test.
