30 Please remember: There are a few colleges that are NOT on the Common Application – for these schools you will need to follow a different procedure: Letters of recommendation are needed for private and some out of state schools only. Be sure to add all colleges you are applying to on Naviance under your college list. For colleges and universities who do not have an online application system, you must bring in: – a stamped (3) and addressed 8½ x 11 envelope for each college. –Each schools secondary school report. –A transcript requested through the registrar’s office. **Remember, UC/CSU Schools do not require letters of recommendation.

31 Transcripts for Class of 2017  Transcripts for Common App Schools will be uploaded by the counselor  Transcripts for UC/CSU and other colleges will be uploaded by our Registrar, Ms. Chavez.  Fill out the half sheet, turn it in ASAP to Ms. Chavez.  Students need to add all their colleges on Naviance, regardless of “type” – the registrar needs a current list!  You MUST tell the registrar when you want transcripts submitted!  Make sure your list of colleges in Naviance is accurate!!! If students don’t update, Ms. Chavez won’t know where to send the transcripts and the applications could be in jeopardy.
