12 12 Club Pass Concept Maximum of 4 players per game from other teams within your club Age appropriate players No ISL starters Indiana Clubs - managed by your club registrar and IYS Kentucky Clubs - managed by team manager and input directly into GotSoccer 2/28/2010EASA 2010 General Meeting

13 13 Game Day Procedures 2 Copies of your Game Card – Give one to Center Referee, give one to opposing team coach/manager. Both teams pay ½ of referee fees prior to match start. Must have player cards and medical authorization forms at the field in case they are requested or needed. Both teams are responsible for reporting scores to EASA. Scores should be reported within 24 hours and can be submitted on the phone. 2/28/2010EASA 2010 General Meeting

17 17 After the Final Schedule is Issued League games may only be changed or cancelled for the following reasons: No match officials are available Unplayable weather conditions Unplayable field related to weather conditions Dangerous field conditions Catastrophic circumstances 2/28/2010EASA 2010 General Meeting

18 18 After the Final Schedule is Issued GotSoccer is the Official Schedule - if your records don’t agree with the schedule posted, please contact me immediately Your opponent is planning to show up Field Schedulers are reserving fields Referee Assignors are scheduling referees When schedule conflicts arise - school events, scouting events, other activities,etc Please be considerate of your opponents and try to play as scheduled - remember that club pass players are an option if you are short If the game must be changed, please review with your opponent and the appropriate field scheduler and come to me with a proposed rescheduled date All Schedule Changes Require League President Approval Teams Changing Games Without Approval Will Forfeit Game Teams Cancelling Games Without Approval Will Forfeit Game Teams That Do Not Show or who Cancel Will Be Fined and are Subject to Further Discipline 2/28/2010EASA 2010 General Meeting

19 19 Review Your Schedules Today Work together within your division group today. If there is a problem, please try to come up with a proposed solution today. Correct any obvious errors - wrong field location, AM vs PM, etc. Fill out the Schedule Change Request form at the table and turn place it on the front tble before leaving today. 2/28/2010EASA 2010 General Meeting
