13. 13 Game Day Procedures 2 Copies of your Game Card – Give one to Center Referee, give one to opposing team coach/manager. Both teams pay ½ of referee fees prior to match start. Must have player cards and medical authorization forms at the field in case they are requested or needed. Both teams are responsible for reporting scores to EASA.
