12. “DELETE OR EDIT” RESERVATION PAGE Just click on your reservation on your booking page to delete or edit a reservation you have already made. When you click on it, you will be brought to this page. To edit the date or time, use the drop down menu and click “Update”. To cancel a reservation, click “Delete”.

15. RESCHEDULING HOME GAMES The responsibility of finding an available field for a rescheduled game is yours, NOT the Field Scheduler. The Field Scheduler ONLY makes the change AFTER the manager and/or coach has found an open field, agreed to this time, date and location with the opponent and completed the PVU HOME GAME RESCHEDULING FORM The form and instructions are found on the PVU WEBSITE under the COACHES/MANAGERS TAB, and then (RESCHEDULING GAMES, HOME)

16. RESCHEDULING HOME GAMES HOW TO RESCHEDULE HOME GAMES THRU PVUFC Check with your opponent and find three or more dates that you both have available. Login to: http://www.northwoodspro.com/cd/pvufc/frs/Web/? to check for those dates and times to be sure that there are no other games scheduled for that time and date. (You must allow the following amount of time for each age group: U9/10 and U11/12 - there must be at least a 75 minute slot available for your game. U13/14 - there must be at least a 90 minute slot available for your game. U15/16 - there must be at least a 105 minute slot available for your game. U17 and up - there must be at least a 120 minute slot available for your game. Once you locate a date, field and time, where no game is scheduled, then you can proceed with requesting the reschedule, providing this works for your opponent. GAMES TAKE PRIORITY OVER PRACTICES THAT ARE ALREADY SCHEDULED. Download the Home Game Rescheduling Form to your desktop, and fill it out completely. Save it and attach it in an email address to: pvufields@gmail.com Make sure to include Reschedule Game (# ) in the subject line. Make sure that you have removed any practice that you have reserved for this time slot, as this creates an additional step for the scheduler. You do not need to schedule a practice in this slot to hold it. If you are the first one to request this time slot for a reschedule, then you will get that slot. pvufields@gmail.com The field scheduler will then reserve the field for your game, or advise you of a conflict. If no conflict then the referee scheduler will get an automatic update via the PVUFC referee scheduling system. Once the game is rescheduled, a confirmation will be sent to the email address that submitted the form. ONLY AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION, may you, THE HOME TEAM do the reschedule request on the MYSA website via your MYSA team login that you use to see your game schedule and report scores. Once it is updated there, the West District Competitive Rep will need to approve the reschedule (NOTE: This is only for reschedules submitted after the two week window for rescheduling). Once the Competitive Rep approves it, then your opponent will need to go back to their scheduling page on the MYSA site, click on Reschedule, and there will be the new information waiting for them to accept or reject. If all is accepted, you are officially processed, and you should see the new information on your game schedule on the MYSA website. REMEMBER: DO NOT SUBMIT THE RESCHEDULE TO MYSA UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM THE PVUFC FIELD SCHEDULER. FAILURE TO DO THIS, MAY RESULT IN “NO FIELD AND/OR REFEREES” AT YOUR RESCHEDULED GAME. 17. FORM FOR RESCHEDULING HOME GAMES PLEASE DO NOT ENTER A PRACTICE RESERVATION TO HOLD YOUR TIME SLOT. THE EARLIEST REQUEST FOR A GAME RESCHEDULE IN THAT TIME SLOT TAKES PRECEDENCE OVER PRACTICES. ENTERING A PRACTICE CREATES MANY MORE STEPS FOR THE FIELD SCHEDULER TO REMOVE IT. Make sure to include N/S or E/W half on your game reschedule

21. Co UP-TO-THE-MINUTE FIELD UPDATES Sign up for the up-to-the-minute field updates. This is the quickest way to get field closure information, as I will update this Twitter feed while still at the field. When I get home I will update the websites. You DO NOT need a TWITTER ACCOUNT, however; you will get these updates via Twitter, by texting a message to 40404 Then in the message portion type, Follow @pvufields Then hit send. You should get a confirming text message informing you that you are following pvufields If you don’t then try again.
