11. Testing ACT www.actstudent.org College entrance exam that measures skills in English, Math, Reading, and Science. Writing section is optional; check school requirements. Cost is $56.50 While many students only take the SAT, students are encouraged to take the ACT for an additional score to report to colleges in the application process. June 11, 2016 (deadline 5/6/16) September and October dates in fall

12. ATTENTION: SAT and ACT scores must be sent directly from the testing agency to the college or university to which the student is applying! Students must indicate that they wish to have their scores sent electronically at the time they register for the test. – Test scores are NOT part of the transcript and will not be sent by counselors or the counseling office

34. Financial Aid We will hold a joint Senior Parent/Financial Aid Night on Thursday, September 22. A financial aid representative from PHEAA will explain the financial aid process and answer your questions. We will also hold two FAFSA completion sessions to assist families with completing this application; November 5 and January 14.
