3. Step 1: Turn on device and unlock

4. Step 2: Access main browser Locate and open main browser, click the search bar and type in app store.

5. Step 3: Find app store icon and click Click the first link available:  

6. Step 4: Navigate site to find chosen app You will now be on the app store website. Find the search bar and type in app name or pick a category below.   https://itunes.apple.com/ca/genre/ios/id36

7. Step 5: Find and choose your app On the Apple app website, there are many apps to choose from.  Below are a few different ways to find your perfect app!  1. Featured Apps  2. Top charts  3. Customer rating  4. Search bar Tip: This can sometimes be overwhelming, so go in with an idea of what you are looking for.

8. Step 6: Explore app You will then be taken to a site where you can learn about the app and its features. Tips: -This is a great place to try out different apps and games. They also usually allow a demo or some sort before you pay. -Did you know: a lot of apps are free?

9. Step 7: Click price and your apple account will appear When this window pops up, log in into your Apple account using your password.

10. Step 8: Fill in your information and pay

11. Step 9: Return to main menu and find icon When you have done this, you will see the icon blurred with the word “Waiting…” below it. This signifies it is loading.

12. Step 10: Tap and ENJOY! When your app is fully loaded, the waiting screen will disappear and it’s name will return. You have now downloaded your first app!
