6. Who? This is where you outline who is responsible for what. You will likely have a project manager & subgroups with team leaders. Delegate specifically who is doing what, within each group.

7. What? What are you trying to accomplish and what resources do you need to make it happen?

8. When? When are things due? Establish your target completion dates.

9. Why? Why are you doing this activity? Hint: All DECA week activities need to be promotional in nature & reach beyond the members in our classes.
