Monitor position The screen should be at a height so your neck is straight Should not be to close to monitor There should not be any glare, this could cause headaches and harder to see.

Wrist and Arm position The elbow should be at a 90 degree angle with your arms naturally too the sides The wrist should be inline with your for arm so your wrists are straight and not bending

Chair You should have a adjustable chair Your chair shout be at a height so your feet are flat on the floor

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome It causes numbness, tingling, weakness, of pressure on the median nerve in your wrist you can get carpal tunnel by typing or using a mouse for a long period of time. A way to prevent this is by taking short breaks or strech when typing for awhile.

Keyboard The keyboard is important in having a good workstation It should be at a height so you don’t have to bend your wrists in any way You can use a contoured keyboard so you don’t have to move your arms and wrists as much.
