What is Ergonomics?

3 Posture can effect the way you can react on a daily basis. Sitting for too long in a wrong position can change the way you will process things, usually in a negative way. Staying in a fixed posture while using the computer, is overall a better choice. It is a better way of lowering the chance to get lower back pains on the daily. Posture.
