To explain practicability, explain how easy it is to prepare. For MEALS, either of the two ways: 1. Blender Preparation 2. Shaker Preparation For SNACKS, Shake + Water

In a blender, mix in: ½ CUP COLD OR LUKE WARM WATER 1 SACHET OR 2 TBSP SHAKE MIX 2 TBSP INSTANT OATS 1/3-1/2 LAKATAN BANANA Blend for 3-5 minutes, or until FROTHY. Then add 3-4 cubes of ICE, and blend again for a few seconds.

Add in ml or 8 oz. of any of the ff. liquid: - non fat milk - soya milk - fruit juice without sugar e.g. buko water - yoghurt drink Then pour in a sachet or 2 Tbsp of the shake mix. Add in ice cubes if desired. Shake vigorously.

 In a shaker, pour in 240 ml water with 1 sachet or 2 Tbsp shake mix. Shake vigorously. Note: Many find this mix good as a snack replacement. Clients usually do not last 4 to 5 hours with this mixture.
