SLP (Selecting OLE I) 1.Click on “Set records for SLP Report” 2.Click on “New” 3.Select the items and click “+Add” to confirm

SLP (Selecting OLE II) Upon completion, the summary of selected items will be shown

SLP (Selecting Outside Records) 1.Click on “Set records for SLP Report” 2.Click on “New” 3.Select the items and click “+Add” to confirm

SLP (Self-account ONCE ONLY) Then click “New” “Title” is not required Format & Accuracy !!!

Submission of Records & Self-account for SLP via eClass Platform DateThings to Do by Students 15-Jan-16 (23:59) Select OLE Records (a maximum of 100 items) Select Outside Records (a maximum of 100 items) Submit of Self-account (Once ONLY) Inform Mr. Mok Kwok Wai by eClass s if you have NO Outside Records
