Maciek Kudla, RPC Review – Link System ProductionTests of LBB components Step 1 - Factory - basic tests (to assure the production quality and speed-up repair work): 1.LB tested with the production Lappeenranta tester 1.all outside connections are covered, 2.all connections between Xilinxes, 3.QPLL locking; 2.CB tested with BSCAN 1.some of the outside connector, 2.all connection between chips with BSCAN support, 3.possibly the flash programming (?); Step 2 – Lappeenranta - "system, functional test" full crate assemblied (2xCB, 18LB, 2FB): 1.test boards used instead of FEBs, 2.this should cover the things that are not included in Step 1 1.CB outside connections, 2.flash programming; Step 3 – Commissioning: 1.LBs, CBs in full ring setup – Step 2.1 repeated ~1 hour needed
