we.learn.it Who? When? Munkkiniemi Secondary School Finnish-Russian School The French-Finnish School of Helsinki one group (average 22 pupils) age 13 from each school 2-3 teachers with each group January-May 2014

we.learn.it Why? conceptual issues relevant to the LE In this project you learn writing skills communication skills to use different tools and technologies eg. mobile devices for learning purposes to get familiar with real working life how to work independently on larger topics

we.learn.it Aims and objectives - To study different professions - Make stories based on interviews in companies - Compile a blog magazine including different kinds of contributions (pictures, stories, videos)

we.learn.it How? steps pupils visit a local company 2. they learn how to do an interview - good questions etc. 3. pupils visit the company and interview people in different professions

we.learn.it How? steps writing at school in pairs 5. stories are published online - every school has their own edition on the blog 6. evaluation

we.learn.it Key outcomes Students learned to utilize information and communication technology in a productive way Thirteen-year-olds are able to do interviews and write an article with support going out from school and doing real things is FUN
