“Integration of all Modules” Campus Solutions

What is the Academic Advisement Module? Academic Advisement gives students and faculty timely access to academic records and reports. It provides on line access to each students records and progress in their degree program less time spent on administrative tasks and information gathering, advisers have more time to interact with students in meaningful ways.

What is the benefits to Faculty? Advisors can focus on more difficult student questions  Students who are transferring in  Matching requirements with other academic institutions  matching classes for transferable credits

What are benefits to Students? Better planning for their degree  can see every required class and when it is offered  Can see when they will complete their degree Understanding the impact of change  “what if” analysis to see changes in major  on line capability so student can see impact immediately

What are the benefits to Peralta Administration? Establish and track degree requirements for each student Create degree audit reports to summarize progress Compare student academic records to program requirements

How does the whole academic community benefit? Better time utilization  Students can look at every possible alternative before meeting with advisors  Advisors focus on the tough questions and utilize their time more productively  Administration had an automated way to see and evaluate student performance in programs
