I would like to tell you about scouting. Scouting was founding in 1907 in England by Robert Baden-Powell major-general from United Kingdom. He wrote “Scouting for Boys” witch was published in In Russia scouting was founded in 1909.

Scouting are trained to use your initiative, learn to use particular skills. That’s why it’s members of one of the leading youth organisations in Britain. Scouts are involved in a vast number of issues facing the communities where they live. They work with others in the community to achieve mutual objectives.

The World Organization of the Scout Movement is a worldwide, non-profit and non-partisan. There are more than 30 million Scouts, youth and adults, boys and girls, in 161 countries. The Organization’s secretariat is the World Scout Bureau, which has its headquarters in Geneva and offices in six regions.

The Scout uniform is a widely recognized characteristic of Scouting. The original uniform, still widely recognized, consisted of a khaki button-up shirt, shorts, and a broad-brimmed campaign hat.

Scouting was originally developed for adolescents-youths between the ages of 11 and 17. In most member organizations, this age group composes the Scout or Guide section. Programs were developed to meet the needs of young children and young adults.

The principles of Scouting describe a code of behavior for all members, and characterize the movement. Scouting complements the school and the family, filling the needs not met by either. Scouts discover the world beyond the classroom, tapping the skills of others to learn, and passing that knowledge on to others.
