Comments “Have lessons planned in advance. Post lecture notes on black board, but in class don't just use those notes on a projector, include the chalk board.” “Availability outside of class is extremely important. Attitude and communication skills are also important.”

Comments “Cover material in lecture that is also covered on the homework, quizzes, and tests.” “Caring that we actually learn the material, not just racing through everything.”

Comments “I think power point has infiltrated the class room far too much. It is impossible for students to learn from a power point presentation, good old notes taken directly from a black board (not overheads) is the best way.” “Enthusiasm for their subject.”

Comments “Professors should be organized in their teaching. Lectures shouldn't be random thoughts, but planned out and structured so students can follow along. They should also speak clearly, not talk with their back to students either.” “Teachers need to care more about teaching, instead of their research.”

Comments “Know the material!!! If they require a textbook, use it; otherwise don't make us pay for it.” “If the majority of students in a professor's class begin to routinely fail exams, that professor should think about altering their teaching method.”
