1. Academic planning academic planning should be based on rules and regulations fixed by the higher bodies of education The principal should ensure the co operation of members for drafting academic planning

2. Resource mobilization it is the process of raising the resources 5 M

3. Planning co- curricular activities date, time, venue, items, etc with the co operation of teachers

4. Time allocation prepare a work schedule for conducting a curricular and co curricular activities during a year.

5.Monitoring principal has to control the activities of members of the activities of members of the organization for maintaining discipline
