NCA/Baldrige District Accreditation Rubric 1.Families, students, and staff are informed about specific student progress and community members are informed about general student progress and operational performance. 2.The building involves appropriate staff in developing the budget, establishing expenditures, and setting priorities of the budget. 3.A building level process is used to assure ethical behavior, accountability, and legal compliance in all areas. 4.With a focus on results, the success of the Professional Learning Communities (PLC) initiatives in our building are evaluated with input from stakeholders (staff). 5.Student and classroom results are monitored and analyzed by the principal or director and the Professional Learning Communities. 6.The building’s leadership practices promote empowerment, high expectations, data-driven decision making, faculty and staff learning and organizational effectiveness. 2010
