Cognitive function loss is a sad condition which is common in the old age people. The symptoms of the disease increases gradually demanding the more care to the suffering peoples. In the start patients just only need a little help but at last full time nursing care is required. In the end, some people may need full time home like care to live the remaining life a bit comfortably.
