3 Client Brief Sky Business would like to streamline three of their sites, updating the creative as well as improving functionality and UX. The three sites are:  Sky Business – the digital acquisition portal for Sky Business  Preview Live – the digital retention portal mainly focused on licensees  Pub Finder– B2C portal aimed at helping customers locate Sky Sports venues

6 Stakeholder workshops We will run a ‘requirements capture’ workshop with key Sky stakeholders to define business objectives and KPIs for the project and to ensure that key stakeholders are brought along with the process from the start Strategy workshop will cover: 1.Business objectives 2.Project vision 3.Customers 4.Competitors

7 1.In order to future proof your site/s we will undertake a thorough review of the market, your competitors and how they engage with your target audiences 2.We will also look at how your current sites are performing: website paths in, drop offs, site architecture, top journeys and analytical tags Deliverables will include: A performance analysis report for the 3 sites Competitor + Best-in-Class user experience review Market & Digital Trends that apply to your sector/s Analytics, Market & Competitor Analysis

8 Audience Analysis In order to build a thorough understanding of your audience/s and their needs and goals user profiles will be developed. The profiles will be used to make better design decisions at a tactical level of how functionality and content are structured and presented in the redesigned websites. Some of the methods we might use to develop audience profiles: Customer data analysis In-depth Interviews Customer surveys Focus groups / workshops Social Listening could also be used to harvest audience insight Audience Analysis

9 Following on from the strategic planning we determine and document the business requirements and map these against the user needs. This helps to narrow the range of potential content and functionality to the experience and to focus on the functionality that will be mutually beneficial to both Sky and the end user. Deliverables will include: Goals & objectives mapping Sites structure Sitemap review High level wireframes Sites structure and sitemap review

10 Creative With goals and measures in place and the most important elements identified we can start concepting. The concept can be both "The Big Idea" that sits behind the sites and the visual means of communicating that idea. Deliverables will include: Creative concepts Mood boards High level tone guidance

11 Functional and technical documentation Functional and technical specifications will be produced to define the functionality that will be delivered on the Sky websites and the technology used and platform it will sit on.
