Alleged Theft TDPO: 12:40 PM of September 22, Brgy Abagon, Gerona, Tarlac. VICTIM: Noel Aparis y Salas, 53 years old, married resident of Brgy. San Nicolas, San Fernando, Pampanga. SUSPECT: unidentified STOLEN ITEM/S: Back pack and sling bag containing the following items : 1. Driver License,2. Firearm License,3.B.I.R. I.D., 4. BPI ATM cards, 5. Bank books, 6. Credit Cards and cash amounting to twenty thousand pesos (PHP25,000.00) that hang in front of passenger seat were missing.
Investigation conducted shows that at about 11:55 am of same date, victim parked his Ford Everest at the parking lot of Picnic Restaurant beside Max’s Restaurant to take lunch at the said restaurant While inside, he allegedly noticed a white van parked at the back of his vehicle and sensing usual he continue its meal. When finished he immediately went back to his vehicle and thereat noticed that his personal belongings were missing.

At about 12:16 pm of same date, the three (3) unidentified male suspects on board one motorcycle Honda TMX 155 (plate number not recognized) arrived at said gasoline station, and parked/position their motorcycle near one of the gasoline pump concealed to other passing vehicles facing north, one of the suspect ordered the gasoline boy identified as Saldy Tolentino y Poquiz, 27 years old, married, resident of Brgy Oloybuaya, Gerona, Tarlac to filled up fuel/gasoline to their motorcycle tank and after filled up, one of the suspect alighted and draw a short firearm and at gun point declared hold-up and ordered the gasoline boy to drop on the ground and forcibly took the black belt bag sling on his waist containing cash money more or less Php 6, and fled towards north direction using the said motorcycle.
