5 Assaults reported last week Rice Street: On 11/17 at 1755 hrs victim and suspect, engaged in a verbal argument about how victim parks her bike. Once the argument ended, suspect closed a door in victims face, which she deemed as forceful and caused her to lose balance. There is an ongoing dispute between the two with multiple incidents documented from the past. Suspect has been summonsed. Beacon Street: On 11/19 at 1528 hrs victim and suspect got into a verbal argument about suspect stealing various clothing items from her when they shared a hotel room. Argument became physical when suspect lunged at victim and initiated a fight. While being escorted into the station, suspect kicked two police officers multiple times in the shin. Webster Street: On 11/20 at 1013 hrs suspect became aggressive with hotel staff when they would not allow her to smoke in the room and threatened to burn the hotel down. After being escorted off the property and into a cab, suspect assaulted the cab driver by striking him in the head. Davis Avenue/Cypress Street: On 11/20 at 1656 hrs two suspects pulled off to the side of the road as a result of a road rage incident. A shoving match between the two eventually led to punches being exchanged. Both have been summonsed for mutual A&B. Beacon Street/Dean Road: On 11/22 at 0213 hrs an officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle believed to be driving under the influence. The passenger in the vehicle became belligerent and aggressive towards officers and attempted to exit the vehicle against officer’s orders. When the suspect eventually exited the vehicle he chest bumped one officer several times and shoved another officer. Harvard Street/Columbia Road: On 11/22 at 0246 hrs the victims were approached by two suspects asking for marijuana. Victims said they did not have any left, at which point the suspects began following and taunting the victims. The suspects ultimately ran towards the victims and shoved one into the bushes twice and took a swing at another. Subjects subsequently fled when victims said they were calling the police. Assault

7 Burglary There were 3 Burglaries reported last week, one of which occurred outside this reporting period. Newton Street: Between 11/15 at 0800 hrs and 11/17 at 1348 hrs suspect made a forced entry into the residence using bodily force. Suspect stole an computer and various pieces of jewelry. Thornton Road: On 1/17 at 1900 hrs victim came home to hear suspect leaving through her second floor window. It was determined that suspect made entry through an unlocked rear first floor window and stole multiple pieces of jewelry before fleeing. Thornton Road: On 11/18 between 1600 and 1800 hrs Suspect made entry through an unlocked rear window and stole various pieces of jewelry.

14 Special Attention & Noteworthy Incidents Unreported Fraud: An Indian accented male indicates he is Jonathan Smith with the Tax Jurisdiction Unit from the Department of Treasury calling in regards to case requiring the receivers attention in order to avoid further action. This is a common fraud call, please be aware. Noteworthy Incident On 11/20 at 0010hrs, Officers responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle parked in a private area of Harvard St with its parking lights on. Passengers were evasive in their answers, during a search following their charges of trespassing a glass pipe with crack cocaine residue was located. After being transported to the station, one suspect attempted to hide cash in the back seat of the cruiser. Upon further investigation, the suspect was found in possession of more cash. The majority of the money was found to be counterfeit. The two additional passengers arrested.
