Growth through local drivers and enablers We aim to increase client awareness and understanding of the industry through improved procurement practices driving realistic skill, employment and apprenticeship outcomes. Building stronger links between training provision and employers to deliver targeted skill needs through the most effective approaches.

Growth Through Business We are offering fully funded training courses to local Construction businesses that employ less than 250 people and are located within the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire area. Our target is to improve the capability of local employers to respond to business opportunities, through addressing Management challenges, Business survival, Diversification We aim to improve the productivity and working practices of local businesses through increased collaboration.
