3 Key observations from D2N2 statistics
With the exception of a small provision by Derbyshire County Council, all client support is delivered by Futures NCS teams All NCS provision is 18+ clients 95% of clients supported are unemployed, DWP benefit/eco- inactive or at risk of redundancy 2,084 outcomes based 70% Jobs & 30% Learning Outcomes are significantly influenced by client qualification level Noticeable increase in 50+ clients being supported for re-skilling to alternative work options

Client support is significant in Leicester region with comparable outcome % for clients to the D2N2 area Excellent customer feedback across priority client support areas NCS provision reflects local labour market opportunities and challenges Ofsted “Outstanding” rating referenced: “Ofsted particularly praised the excellent partnership working in Nottingham such as the Nottingham Jobs initiative - a partnership between the City Council, the DWP and Futures”
