 My service is a restaurant  T.G. Steak and Sea will provide five star dining to an area full of fast food and pizza shops.

 Customers will choose my business because we will offer the best cuts of steak and fresh seafood.  T.G. Steak and Sea is an escape from the usual franchises like Applebee’s and Chili’s  You can relax at the bar and watch the game or try the fine wine selection

 My business is located on the outskirts of Emmaus.  T.G. Steak and Sea will be open from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM and the bar will be open till 2:00 AM

 I will hire about 20 to 30 employees ranging from dishwashers to waiters to chefs

 I will start with a business loan and then gain capital through profit
