KEY OUTPUTS7DIRECT RESULTS: Organizers and local affiliates who have the knowledge and skills on the research, laws and can set strategies in organizing and help the trade union deals with the difficulties in decreasing membership and less capacity to hired full time organizers who can organize workers within his/her area.

2. Good examples of the organizing campaign that can work hand on hand with the organizers and will make a quality organizing.

3. More workers are unionized, have knowledge about what are the ILO Conventions and Recommendations and have the same mind-set that would come out of more solidarity among themselves. Can do Solidarity Campaign either.
