Topics TOPSIM – General Management is a management simulator program that effectively makes a link between theory and practice in business management. The simulator presents a realistic model of a corporation, thus allowing participants to develop a hands-on, no-risk, quick and practical experience in business decisions. It is an effective mean to teach and learn business, which is by doing business.

Objectives  Recognize and express the framework of business success  Learn about interconnections in Business Management  Define business strategies and goals and apply them within a simulated economic environment  Learn about the life impact of various economical parameters and how they should influence business decisions  Learn about basic marketing principles  Learn about cost/ profit/ price calculations

Benefits  Learn how to deal with complex decisions in an uncertain business environment  Keep business control in difficult situations  Learn to „see the big picture”  Develop the skill to think and act in an interdisciplinary manner  Develop ways to define and solve issues  Exercise to make group decisions and use computer assisted models  Exercise the presentations skills at the end of the program

Training description  Recommended audience: talented employees, team leaders and supervisors in view to improve their management skills.  Maximum class: 25 people  Minimum class: 20 people  Language: English/German  Length: 5 days, 9,00-17,00.  Exercises/case studies/role plays: 70% from the time.
