It is our observation that many business people (with a non-financial background) do not have a sound enough appreciation of financial concepts, or how a business operates, and what needs to be done to develop a thriving business.
Unfortunately many senior business people also show a similar lack of understanding. The objective of this program is to assist in creating better business managers.

4. What is Income/Outcome™ ?
Income/Outcome™ is a board based financial simulation that assists in developing business financial understanding in visual form. It takes participants into the world of running a retail business & understanding how their customers make their decisions.
It uses an interactive learning environment to make what can be a difficult topic fun, relevant and interesting. It is based on sound theory, but takes a practical approach to get people involved.

5. How Is It Done?
Participants work in teams to manage a company over a simulated 12 month trading period. They work as a multi-functional executive team, and have to make all the decisions that a retail business has to make on a day-to-day basis, such as:
How much should we spend on advertising?
What do we promote & at what price?
What should be our category mix?
What additional services should we provide?
How do we ensure an efficient supply chain?

The Income/Outcome™ retail version takes 2 days to complete.
