Dear Hubo, I was so sad to learn that some people laughed at you just for being a little overweight. As a matter of fact, I face the same problem. Therefore, I fully understand your feeling. Looking attractive is what everyone wishes, but if we don’t make any changes, we would become too overweight, when it is too late to take actions ( 安慰与鼓励 ). I think the best way to lose weight is to eat properly and exercise regularly. Firstly, we should develop healthy eating habits. Going on a diet is useless in the long term, but surely we should give up fast food, which contain too much fat. Secondly, we could do some sports in the gyms where there are many pieces of equipment to help us get into shape. How about going there twice a week?
