2 Unit summary The unit mainly focuses on general fitness, basics exercises, training methods, workouts, physical activities, daily diet plan and lots of healthy fun activities. In this we will discuss the difficulties facing by over weight students, why they are not taking part in physical activities, what are easy and doable exercise, training & workouts can be plan for them which will not be difficult for the students and they will enjoy too (to keep the interest), this unit will bring the awareness among the students about the healthy and physical activities for healthy and fit life.

4 FITNESS FOR ALL CAMP This Camp will help my students to develop active and healthy skills: Students will be able to enjoy taking part in healthy sporting activities.
