Recommend path forward (Staff makes all necessary revisions to the measure) Mid April - Subcommittee meets to review results of staff work. (Further subcommittee meetings on an as-needed basis. The subcommittee may also meet between March and April if required or if there is no need to wait further. May RTF meeting: Presentation to the RTF; aim to get an RTF decision.
