107 Students (out of 170) – 49 male – 58 female Cost will be around $891 – We are waiting on word of some funding, amount fundraised, and final numbers. 3 buses 8 chaperones

Receipts for 1 st payment of $ were issued already If 2 nd Payment was made, that was indicated on the first receipt. 2 nd payments were due November 13– receipts will be issued after that. 3 rd and final payment is due January 8 th. Please wait until we let you know the final price.

Insurance – Cost is $56, and can save a tremendous amount, and we highly recommend it. – Must be in by Thurs, Nov 20. – If not taking insurance, you needed to sign the appropriate place on the contract form. Your receipt indicates if you have or have not taken the insurance.

Students and Parents have signed a form on which our trip expectations have been listed. We are holding students to these expectations. Should a student’s participation in the trip come into question, a meeting will be arranged to discuss the situation (final decision will be made by administration)

Students who are on the trip will be required to do a school directed assignment based on the trip. This assignment will count. We are working on the plan of what to do with those who remain behind. Students on the trip are responsible for work missed during the trip.

In a word – yes. Dropping by one person can increase the price for the rest by close to $10. There is no option to back out except for medical emergency (in which case it may be covered by insurance if that has been taken)

Choose up to 3 other people that you would like to room with. We guarantee you will get at least one person that you name You are only sleeping in the same room – you don’t need to be with them at all times. 2 double beds in each room If you don’t turn a form in, we will be assigning rooms Roommate lists will be ed to parents No changes! Turn in to Mr. Taggart within one week!

If there are changes from what you initially indicated, please let us know. We will have a copy with us All medical conditions, allergies, medications are needing to be listed Health card # is needed
