Objective: Move the Learning closer to the Doing Provide support to learners at “teachable moments”…when they have an immediate need for instruction/knowledge Not a new concept(job aids, checklists, templates, flowcharts, etc) Use the Intranet to deliver “just enough, just in time” learning.
