2004/055 How do I get to the Library?  Once a community is incorporated in the Library, the iLibrary logo will appear on the Home Page of that community.  Simply click on the Library logo to access the Library Home Page … from the Inzalo Home Page, any Content Publisher Page, Marketing Community … etc.  You can also click on “Library” on the menu bar

2004/056 Post your comments or questions on the Library Forum The 10 most viewed documents will be listed under “Most Popular Documents” Hits indicates how many times the document was opened Click on the Document Name to view it Follow this path to get to the Library Home page: Go to inzalo.go2uti.com Enter User ID and Password. Click “Login” Click “Library” on the menu bar The Home Page Read interesting Headline news – a few alternating stories appear in this window, click on the heading to read the whole story Older articles will be archived – click on Archived Headlines to view the list. 4 All documents in the Library, and those Communities showing the iLibrary logo, are available via this navigation tree. 2 The 10 newest documents that were posted on the library will be listed under “Recent Postings”. Click on the Document Name to view it. 5 A Welcome Message with the purpose of Library Use the special document classification in the Advanced Search to locate the position of a document. 8 8 Library Click on Advanced to access the advanced search form The Help link will open the Online Help for Inzalo

2004/057 You have easy access to the content stored in the Library in several different ways – through the Library Folders, Community Pages, Advanced Search or the Search on the Banner If you have Microsoft PowerPoint 2002, you must save the attachment on your computer before you can view the document. To return to Inzalo, use the BACK button of your browser You can also save the attachment on your computer – right-click on the link; choose “Save Target As…”; select the location on your computer; once the download is done, choose “Open”. 1 If you know the location, e.g. the eMpower Air Exports guide: Drill down under Library Folders until you have found the document. Click on the document name. This will take you directly to the Document View page where this document is saved. 1 How would I find a specific document? 2 On the document view page you will see a summary of the document classification – the name of the document, a description, extra keywords that can be used to locate the document, specific services, competitors, geography, industry verticals, carriers or customers that can be associated with this document, the author of the document and the date of the last change to the document. Click on the link next to “Download attachment” – this will open the document on your computer in the same internet session. Content Publisher – Document View: 2 Option 1

2004/059 Use Advanced Search on the Library Home Page: Enter key terms in the “Specify Search Criteria” field You can refine your search by ticking the meta data, e.g. for the above file, I will add ticks to “Ocean” and “Exports” Click on Go or press Enter to start your Search. 1 If the location of the file is unknown, e.g CSI Submissions Guide: How would I find a specific document? csi Option 3 1 Option 4 Use Search on the Inzalo banner: Enter key terms in the “Search” field Click on Go or press Enter to start your Search. 2004/0510 The Search Engine also searches for categories that match your search criteria – Categories are searched by name, title, keywords or content. Categories with content or links that matched your search criteria are listed on the top left, as Categories containing matched documents. Click on the Category Name to narrow down the search results to only that specific category. Categories with matching names, titles or keywords that matched your search criteria are listed on the top right, as Categories matching keywords. 2 Once you have found the correct Document or Folder, click on the title to access the file The following page is displayed with your search results: 23 Search Results 4 The results page includes a short summary or description of the documents that matched your search criteria – click on Hide Summaries would you wish not to see the description of each document. 3 5 Click Search Tips for some advice on how to locate your document 4 5

2004/0511 Click on to start the search. 6 To do another search with Advanced Search: Search Results You can select to refine the search on the following: Portal-Categories – this will search on the whole of Inzalo. Content-Publisher – this will narrow the search down to on the content publisher pages, as on the communities and the Library. Display Meta Data Search Criteria – this will show the “meta data criteria” that can be used to refine your search more. The meta data are key terms added to the document when it was posted on Inzalo. Tick the “Display Meta Data Search Criteria” block to display the advanced search criteria, and select the criteria you wish to include in your search. 7 6 Enter any other search key terms to refine your search. 7 Click on “Back to Portal” to return to the Library: 8

2004/0512 Once you accessed a folder or document from the tree view, you have accessed the Content Publisher on Inzalo The item at the end of the tree view is the document or folder that is open on the desk top: Never use the BACK button of your browser, unless you want to return to Inzalo after viewing an external site or an attachment. Navigate by clicking on the folder links in the tree view You can also go to any of the Communities by clicking on “Communities” in the menu bar and selecting the community from the drop down list Click on the paperclip icon of an attachment next to the document name to open and view the document in one step!! You can also sort the content on the folder view page by any of the headings in the blue line: Folders can be sorted by Name, Author (the person who published the folder) or Last Modified Date Documents can be sorted by Name, Geography, File size, Author (the person who published the document) or Last Modified Date Click on the heading to sort the content. 1 From Library Folders … Click on any folder on the tree view This will take you directly to the Folder View page where this folder is saved. 1 Navigation in the Library On the Folder view page you will see a list of the sub- folders under the selected folder, and the documents posted on this level Click on the sub-folder name to access the document posted in it. Folder View: 2 2 Return to the Library Home Page by clicking on the Library Logo, or on “Library” in the menu bar. 3 3 Communities Tips for navigation in the Library

2004/ Here you will find online meetings / debates where you can share ideas, opinions and information quickly and easily. Click on “Library” to access the Forum. The following screen will open. Click on “Post New Topic” if you want to add a new subject to the Library Forum Where can I post comments? The Library Forum Click on the Subject Title if you post a question or comments to existing subjects The following screen will open, where you can add the new topic, followed by a message to introduce the new topic to the community. 2 4 For more detail on the Forums, please refer to Online Help on Inzalo.
