Electronics affect on you! BY GABE

The good and bad effects… Electronics can have good and bad effects. Here are quite a few of them. The good effects: -Better hand eye coordination -Fun and easy way to have fun, pass time by and ease pain The bad effects: -longer playing periods may make your hands legs and head start to hurt. -longer playing periods may occur more often as you get more into the game.

…Continued… Good effects: - Better family bonding time -More social connection Bad effects: -May cause more fights than bonds -People are cut off from face to face conversations and being bullied online makes bullying easier than ever since nothing can be taken off the internet. In fact, every 1 in 5 kids that use social media get cyber bullied.

…Continued… again… The good effects: -Helps motivate students. 71 percent of students that used computers in class improved in participation, and 95 percent of students understood course concepts better after using computers. –Children learning with disabilities learned better after using electronics in class. The bad effects: -Electronics can be hacked, can’t always be affective and are more dangerous. Electronics also make cheating easier and they distract students. When asked, 81 percent of students said that they had texted during class before. - Cyberbullying may have bad effects on students with or without disabilities.(anger, sadness, refusal to cooperate, etc.)

…And again… The good effects. -Electronics connect the world like never before! -People are better at problem solving after using electronics for 1-2 hours a day for a few weeks! The bad effects -Cyberbullying is a huge problem in social medias that connect the world like never before. -Using electronics late at night rather than at any other time makes your body produce the hormone “melatonin” which keeps you up later. But if you use electronics in the morning, they will help you stay awake.

Multitasking Multitasking is a skill that is improved when playing on electronics for a while. This is good and bad. Here is why. Good effects: -you can do multiple things at the same time better. But some electronics actually make the affect reverse, making you worse at multitasking. Bad effects: -If you think you are better at multitasking and can drive, you will most likely text while driving. But that is dumber than driving drunk. Literally. Driving while drunk is 4 times more dangerous than normal. But texting while driving is 8 times more dangerous than normal! That’s two times more dangerous than driving drunk!

…I think this is the last page… These are the final effects. -Athletes train better with electronics like the treadmill. -typing on computers Is a lot faster than writing, requires less pencils erasers and paper, and you can type for longer without your hands starting to hurt. Alternatively your arms might start to hurt. -work areas like offices are more productive.
