Single Module Tests (electrical) Inspect connectors and cables for visible damage C-measurement: make sure all pads are correctly connected HV test (1.5 kV) Install PSB boards C-meter, testboard with computer controlled steps, serves 32 lines, PC, distance to module < 2 m : 1.5 h HV testsystem 1 (32 chan.) install ‘ground-short-boards’: 2.0 h Replace ‘ground-short- boards’: 1.0 h

Single Module Tests (electrical) Connect signal and LV cables Do full module cable check Module ready for wheel assembly! Label connectors+cables according to module# (finally map will relate module#  position in wheel): 1.0 h Full testsetup as used for PSB testing (PC, testpoint, LV with PC control) : 2.0 h In total one module per day!

Wheel assembly: electrical tests Test calibration cables for module n-1 HV test (1.5 kV) of module n-1 Pulse generator and scope: 1.0 h LV and HV as for single module tests: 2.0 h

Wheel Test on T6: HV test (1.5 kV) Wheel ready for insertion! HV testsystem 2 (64 chan.) connect LV: 5 d in total

HEC wheel acceptance tests in cryostat: Do HEC1 quadrant cabling (signal, calibration, LV, HV) HV test (1.5 kV) Full signal readout test: HEC1 ready! … repeat for HEC2 … For HEC2: do full signal readout test for HEC1+HEC2! HV testsystem 2 (64 chan.) connect LV Use present setup from H6 (cold tests / beam tests) In total: 18 d for HEC1 In total: 20 d for HEC d for mounting quadrant patch panels + cabling

Full HEC test after pigtail connection Full signal readout test through feedthroughs and pedestals after pigtail connection HV test (1.5 kV) through feedthroughs … all done… Use present setup from H6 (cold tests / beam tests) In total: 15 d including cabling!
