History  1992: Idea of a Faculty of Health raised in a long- range planning document “2020 Vision” endorsed by Senate and the Board  June 2005: Health identified as a strategic academic priority in University Academic Plan  November 2005: Senate and Board of Governors approved the new Faculty of Health  July 2006: New Faculty came into being with the appointment of the inaugural Dean – Harvey Skinner
