Arizona’s Renewable Energy Standard (RES) – 15% of retail sales by 2025 – DE requirement incrementally escalates to 30% by APS Rate Case Settlement Agreement – Projected to be >10% of retail sales by 2015 (3.4 GWh) – Double the RES target for 2015 Arizona Energy Efficiency Standards – Savings equivalent to 22% of retail sales by 2020 Integrated Resource Planning Rule – 10-year plan filed every two years Regulatory Commitments
