Introducing: Sue Evelyn Rattan Elementary Library

Tour with me! I will show you what we have available in the library and tell you about myself as well.

Who am I? My name is Greta Adams. I was a 3 rd Grade and then a Pre-K teacher and then a VAISD. I have my Master’s in Library Media Services. This my Hubby (CA) for 24 years and I in Las Vegas!

Naomi! My 19 year old daughter is going to Collin County Community College. She wants to be a teacher. Imagine that! This pic was from last year’s VA Homecoming when she crowned the incoming Homecoming Queen. Really proud of my girl!

Ruthi doing her favorite thing! Here is my soon-to-be 7 year old. She is a first grader Rattan. She told me this summer that she wanted to be on eHarmony because she wants a boyfriend “REAL bad, Mom”! Yep, I am proud of Ruthi too!

Flexible Scheduling It works! Classroom teachers will come in and sign up for a time according to their needs. ( I will be sending an with a blank schedule that you can look at.) My lessons would be the best if you could sign up for a 45 minute block. But, if that isn’t possible we can work with a 30 minute block. That will include a C- Scope based lesson and check out time.

Book Groups: TAKS test questioning format and other activities This will be for 2 nd through 5 th grades during their Intervention time. We can take up to 25 kids per time. So if we have 50 then maybe we can do every other week for each group. One day a week is the plan.

Lesson Plans I have the 1 st Nine Weeks completed. However I am open to ideas and suggestions for collaboration.
